Just watched project superstar. Was of course happy that kelvin won. Not just because he is blind of course. For those who find it absurd that a blind can become a 'superstar', think stevie wonder, ray etc. The fact is there isnt anybody else to support. The standard of this competition is quite appalling actually. Nothing more than a bunch of above average looking bengs and lians who make good karaoke singers. Talent wise no body comes close to being the so called super star. But effort wise and condition wise kelvin deserves it. He looks not bad too. If he wasnt blind the sky is the limit as to how far he can develope. Look at the other so called finalist kelly. Totally feel like puking when seeing her. Her behaviour is like so ****ing artificial. No doubt symphathy votes won it for kelvin. But if there was an outstanding talent more ppl would have voted for he/she. If there was someone as good as stefanie sun for example among the contestants he/she would have won.
Wah NL becoming damn sia lan. Cant bring yr stuff into 7-13 floors except blank paper and pencil box. No choice lor gotta use pr skills. Befriended the security guard and smiled here and there. Made a deal with him. He say as long as he saw 2 blank paper covering whatever i have i can go in. So i sandwiched my notes with 2 blank pieces of foolscap and went in. Was like quite empty? Siao one so many tables and chairs from 7-13 floor, if no one allowed to study, will just be for display lor.
Teachers day. Thought of going back to chs but seemed like no one going. Doesnt really matter la. Many of the teachers also gone under the dictatorship of hak boon. Its just to see the other ch peeps only.
