I shall step out of my dormancy and write a thing or two. Been going outfield these past few weeks for the dreaded infantry training. Getting used to the mosquitoes feeding on me and all the thorns and bushes of course. It was raining the past week which made it very cold for us as we slept over one night. Developed a darned flu as a result. Continued training the next day nonetheless. Struggled through the final day of outfield and ippt as well but in retrospect should have reported sick or sounded out at least. Thing is, my platoon's strength is cut by half with the rest all reporting sick, so ps is pretty strict on anyone reporting sick from now.. Yea amidst all these shit i was slapped with 7 extras for misfiring blanks while checking clear. Tough luck i guess. Gonna have a 3 day 2 night outfield again this week.. and my extras have come, starting this sun.. sian... Anyhow zoo today was fun. Heh. O and the world cup is here? Maybe they can put some tvs in the jungle? Go holland go!
